A global organization provides support and delivers services using these leading technologies.
Bachelor Degree graduate;
Minimum 2 years working experience;
English advanced level it's a must;
French medium level it's an advantage;
PC Skills - Word, Excel, PPT
SAP or ERP Knowledge, it's an advantage;
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
Good negotiation skills;
Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment;
Able to perform required responsibilities under minimal supervision;
Have a sound understanding of the complete content and structure of the bid.
Act as the focal point between customers, District Sales and quotation group.
Determine customer requirements on tender in order to specify products and solutions to be offered;
Work with the quote engineering, quality, legal, finance, logistic, planning to review tender documents, identify and compile list of exceptions and qualifications, develop tender documentation, compile tender package and submission to customer;
Initiate tender kick of meeting and periodical conference call with all parties involve to understand tender requirement as a team and quote progress;
Work with all quotation group functions involved to complete the tender documents according scheduled dates.
Participate on meeting with customer together with External Sales Account Manager, Commercial Manager, Technical Support and/or Project Manager.
Review tender deliverables provided by other departments and suggest amendments as necessary.
Coordinate clarification/follow up on tender after submission.
Handover all tender information to allow customer service specialist/Project Manager to execute the order.
Maintain quotation detail in SAP, update tracking code.
Follow up with district sales on update of submitted tenders;
Routinely prepare or support the preparation of various reports.
