    Cerinte

    - Studii medii/superioare;
    - Experienta de minim 1 an pe un post similar;
    - Cunoasterea suitei Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Power Point), Internet;
    - Cunostinte solide de legislatia muncii;
    - Cunsotinte de limba engleza la nivel mediu;
    - Abilitatea de a planifica si organiza munca pentru a indeplini cerintele postului;
    - Persoana riguroasa si meticuloasa;
    - Abilitati de comunicare;
    - Abilitatea de a dezvolta si mentine relatii de colaborare.

    Responsabilitati

    - Pregatirea si gestionarea dosarelor de personal ale angajatilor (contracte individuale de munca, acte aditionale, alte acte de angajare, decizii, adeverinte etc.);
    - Organizarea si derularea operatiunilor de evidenta a personalului;
    - Elaborarea si transmiterea rapoartelor privind personalul gestionat;
    - Actualizarea si gestionarea programului Revisal si a altor aplicatii interne;
    - Solutionarea cererilor angajatilor cu privire la activitatea de administrare de personal;
    - Eliberarea de documente la cererea angajatilor;
    - Mentinerea legaturii cu institutiile de stat acreditate in vederea avizarii tuturor documentelor de personal.
