Business Analyst with English

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Business Analyst with English.

Requirements:

- Master Degree;
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance into an international environment;
- Experience working abroad is a plus;
- Analytical thinking, technical analysis and data manipulation skills;
- In depth knowledge of Excel, data management, statistical analysis and modeling;
- Ability to summarize complex topics into an Executive presentation in PowerPoint;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- "Can do" attitude;

Responsibilities:

The CEMA Business Analyst will be working in a very close collaboration with the Distribution Director. The responsibilities can be split into 4 categories from the more operational to the most strategic.

1. Distribution Operation Support
- Quarterly Distribution Exception Management.
- Bi-Yearly Contract Exhibits Review.

2. Reporting
- Design, build, execute a set of operational reports to measure the business performance, and compare actual data to forecasted values.
- Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process, and escalates issues as necessary.
- Communicate & provide training to the regions sales community on reporting capabilities.

3. Analytics
- Leverage analytical techniques from other department.
- Build new innovative reporting from unused data (supply chain performance, credit line utilization) in several domains.
- Design and Develop new business modeling. For instance safety stock modeling.

4. Executive Presentation
- Work very closely with the Distribution Director in preparing "executive" (well-articulated, synthetic, visual) sales presentation for various targeted audience: region internal sales community, region upper management, external customer.
