METRO Robocode Hackathon

Crazy about coding? Want to let the robots fight? This is your chance!

What is it about?

This event is about getting together the tech communities in our four cities – Berlin, Düsseldorf, Bucharest and Brasov – and to have fun while coding. This is why we decided to host this international Robocode Hackathon when you will be able to adapt your virtual robot and compete against your peers.

1 Hackathon, 2 Countries, 4 Cities

For the first time, we will host the event in 2 countries – Germany and Romania – and 4 cities simultaneously.
The final showdown battles will be done in 2 rounds:
A Country Final
An international final where the best robots from each country will fight for the TOP 3

Prizes

All winners deserve a reward!
The winner of the international showdown final will receive 500 EUR , if a team of two wins it receives 1.000 EUR
the runner-up will get 200 EUR, same here: if a team of two wins, they receive 400 EUR
and the third seeded can look forward to a prize of 100 EUR – a team of two receives 200 EUR.
