    - Operare PC (MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Browser Internet);
    - Limba engleza nivel mediu;
    - Bune abilitati de comunicare si orientare catre clienti;
    - Abilitai de organizare si prioritizare;
    - Orientare spre rezolvarea problemelor;
    - Experienta in mediul e-commerce sau in domeniul call center reprezinta un avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    - Gestioneaza integrarea noilor vanzatori in platforma Marketplace;
    - Furnizeaza programe de instruire vanzatorilor, privind modul de functionare al programelor API si XLS;
    - Verifica scripturile vanzatorilor si ajuta la optimizarea acestora, in vederea obtinerii unei performante optime;
    - Rezolva probleme operationale, legate de integrarea in programul API;
    - Escaleaza situatiile problematice catre team leader si comunica solutiile gasite catre vanzatori;
    - Verifica gradul de integrare al vanzatorilor, inainte de a intra in mediul de productie.
