    - Cunostinte tehnice generale relationate cu utilizarea si functionarea aplicatiilor bancare;
    - Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    - Abilitati de organizare si atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    - Furnizarea informatiilor legate de carduri, solicitate telefonic de clienti sau sucursale Bancpost (extrase, sume si modalitati de plata, detalii produse, etc.);
    - Furnizarea informatiilor legate de tranzactiile us-on-network sau network-on-us, privind numarul si modul de desfasurare al acestora;
    - Asigura serviciul non-stop pentru blocarea/deblocarea cardurilor pierdute, furate sau capturate, anuntate telefonic de titulari sau de sucursalele Bancpost; activeaza cardurile BP in CTL ONLINE si Prime;
    - Interactioneaza telefonic cu clientii si comerciantii parteneri in vederea identificarii problemelor acestora si gasirea solutiilor corespunzatoare acestora;
    - Gestioneaza solicitarile clientilor existenti sau potentiali (receptionate prin telefon sau mesaje electronice) privind oferta curenta de produse si servicii a Bancii, oferindu-le suportul necesar pentru a asigura o buna utilizare a serviciilor de care acestia beneficiaza;
    - Furnizeaza clientilor sau potentialilor clienti ai Bancii consultanta financiara personalizata folosind canale de comunicare la distanta;
    - Asigura suportul utilizatorilor serviciului Fastbanking prin facilitati de tipul deblocarea utilizatorilor, resetarea parolelor, asistenta pentru utilizarea aplicatiei etc.;
    - Autorizeaza sau anuleaza tranzactiile preautorizate urmare a solicitarilor telefonice/fax de la Bancpost sau comerciantii parteneri utilizand sistemele CTL ONLINE sau VPOS;
    - Asigura serviciul nonstop pentru blocarea cardurilor Bancpost/EFG pierdute/furate/blocate in ATM
    - Furnizeaza informatiile solicitate de catre clienti, referitor la serviciile si produsele specifice comercializate (extrase, sume si modalitati de plata, detalii produse, detalieri sume virate, utilizare POS etc.).
