Required competence:

Linux SysAdmin
Cloud experience
Open Stack
Experience of working in an Agile environment, as Kanban
Fluent in English and you are open-minded and flexible.
 

Wanted competence:

Python
Experience from testing Telecom
Understanding of telecom architecture.M.Sc. or B.Sc.
