What you should know:

• Good knowledge and proven experience (3-5 years) in working on financial ERP implementations;
• Medium knowledge of accounting rules, financial documents (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow etc) and finance legislation;
• You should also enjoy working with people, communicate and guide them to the desired end;
• Good negotiation and issue management skills;
• Very good problem solving skills coupled with resourcefulness to solve the toughest of challenges;
• Enjoy teaching, sharing knowledge;
• English proficiency is a must, French would be great.

What are you going to do:

• Provide consultancy services to our clients regarding the best way to integrate our manufacturing ERP with their financial software or, to help them implement our own financial ERP solution;
• Help with pre-sales activity in defining possible project requirements and guide leads in selecting the best options for their business;
• Work with customers to understand their business requirements and determine how DocProcess products portfolio might fit within their business; 
• Help develop project documentation and work closely with our Dev teams;
• Be fully in charge of ERP configuration, testing, go-live and post go-live support, including supervising data migration when required;
• Keep an eye on developing a client's business by spotting and pursuing new opportunities;
• Develop and provide training sessions to our clients, helping them make the most of their ERP;
• Be able to take the project lead - educate and guide the client to the best implementation route according to his objectives.
