    Requirements

    • BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
    • 4+ years Java development experience
    • Experience with at least one RDBMS such as DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle (DB2 is a plus)
    • Experience with at least one ORM tool like OpenJPA, Hibernate (OpenJPA is a plus)
    • Extensive experience with data interchange formats(XML, JSON)
    • Experience with protocols and architectures(REST, MVC)
    • Experience with Java Web frameworks like Struts and Spring
    • Experience with Javascript and Javascript libraries like jQuery, Dojo
    • Experience developing unit tests
    • Experience with application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, jBoss (WebSphere is a plus)
    • Experience with at least one source control (SVN, Git)

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in every stage of the software development process, including analysis, code development, Junit testing, bug fixing, deployment.
    • Contribute to researching new frameworks and libraries for use in our projects
    • Analyze and improve application performance
    • Work in an agile environment
