•Good problem solving skills.
•Must be able to work under pressure.
•Able to learn and understand our software programs (JDE, GSF, WMS).
•Intermediate English skills.

•Run daily reports (GSF, Stock status, WIP).
•Generate WO variance reports to reflect true material usage.
•Receive and close open WOs to ensure WO integrity, verify material usage and accurately reflect inventory levels.
•Communicate with Manufacturing in resolving Aging WO material issues/problems.
•Update WOs when there is a WO to WO transfer to ensure accuracy.
•Daily negatives stock analysis and daily cycle count analysis.
•Resolve daily discrepancies and problems to increase inventory accuracy and integrity.
•Weekly material reports from MRB area and SCRAP reports.
