NPI Engineer II

•Bachelor Degree in a related field
•Experience of 5 years is required for this position, assuming education requirements are met
•Exceptional problem management skills and communication skills

•Maintain/strengthen the customer relationship during NPI's periods
•Responsible for determine required NPI resources and utilizing the necessary Plexus resources to ensure a proactive approach to NPI task completion
•Provide overall NPI project plans and provide direction to the various teams in establishing tactical plans to accomplish the desired NPI goals, including complete ownership of activities and metrics
•Lead and implement process control strategies
