    +5 years of experience in PM positions
    Experience in IT projects deployments
    Knowledge of e-commerce industry
    Communication skills to work with diverse cultures
    Leadership of projects
    Negotiation with local stakeholders
    Agile methodology (in case of development projects)
    English - advanced. French would be a plus
    Responsible attitude, strong autonomy and ambition in achieving your mission
    Strong analytical & designing skills with an eye for details
    Strong process & change management capabilities


    Plan, define and manage parallel project deployments in a cross-functional environment
    Evaluate, along with project team, the complexity, timeline and resources needed for all assigned projects
    Deployment project of IT tools from HR perimeter (HR, Real estates and Acquisitions systems), working with teams from group
    Manage and coordinate all project phases and variables: requirements evaluation, requests for proposal, solution design, costs, implementation duration, testing, acceptance and final review
    Build, maintain and implement the project plans
    Negotiate with all internal stakeholders (IT and business) all aspects required to have a successful delivery
    Negotiate with vendors the service agreements, KPIs, quality indicators and implementation duration
    Report project status to relevant stakeholders and management
    Identify and manage all risks, changes (scope, timeline, etc) and assumptions that occur during project lifecycle
