Back Office Analyst with English

Requirements:

- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Min. 6 months work experience (customer support could be an advantage)
- Bachelor`s Degree in any field (Economics could be a plus)
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
- Detail-oriented, proactive and fast-learner
- Ability to handle difficult and demanding customers
- Good organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
- Flexible, well-motivated team player
- Ability to foresee situations and provide immediate solutions

Main responsibilities:

- The preparation, scheduling and procurement necessary for the implementation of new products/vehicles
- Usage of a defined delivery process and tool-set to provide consistent service to customer
- Document checking/editing (purchase contract, files, order request) for the specific car parts
- Analyzing inventory and coordinating plans to take corrective actions on slow moving or excess inventory
- Utilizes Excel, SAP, and other systems/processes to gather and analyze inventory data
- Adjusting schedules as required to cover customer requirements efficiently
- Provides back-up as needed for all other team members as assigned
