    …What will you contribute?
    . The Operations Analyst works closely with the Head of Central Operations, Regional Finance and Resource Manager to provide granular and meaningful insight to the business, drive key Financial and Operational reporting processes to support the project managers and business owners, maintaining data integrity.
    Responsibilities & Deliverables:
    • Compile monthly reports for Regional Operations enabling the business to monitor, control and improve P&L, Sales Pipeline, Resource Utilization and Multi-Project Financials
    • Drive operational metrics, business processes and cadence to an established timeline and high degree of quality. Leverage other teams to ensure processes are smooth and efficient. This includes revenue and order intake forecasting, and month end revenue assurance processes.
    • Analyze complex data sources and interdependencies
    • Continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes
    • Use existing reports to control data quality, follow-up and communicate effectively with project managers and business owners to improve data quality
    • Understand the Finastra Global Services business processes to assist the business users and drive changes.
    • Be an expert in using all tools in order to train others, drive improvements and provide quality insights
    • Organize and / or provide training for users of any new tools or processes. Coach new members of the team.
    • Write, maintain, and restructure documentation of Global Services processes and tools

    Responsibilities

    Required Experience:
    • Highly proficient with data and numbers, complex information systems and financial knowledge to interpret and sense check figures
    • Highly proficient with MS Excel including advanced features, building and maintaining macros/VBA, complex formulas
    • Pro-active self-starter / can do attitude / analytical / problem solving skills
    • Communicate effectively with staff inside and outside of Department at all levels in the company including Senior Executives
    • Lives by well executed processes and on time deliveries.
    • Desire for challenge in an environment that fosters job growth potential and early access to responsibilities
    • Relevant Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Operational/Financial Analyst role
    • Experience with OpenAir, SFDC, Domo, Netsuite or other ERPs highly desirable
    • Experience with collaboration tools (Asana, Confluence…) desirable
