    More than 13 years have passed from 2006, when our adventure begun. Our purpose was to become a reliable partner for businesses and organizations that aim to grow and architect their future within their industry and outside of it.

    - Abilitati excelente de comunicare;
    - Limba engleza la un nivel avansat;
    - Cunostinte bune de operare PC (Word, Excel, Outlook);
    - Personalitate dinamica si cu initiativa.

    Responsabilitati

    - Mentine legatura cu angajatii si raspunde la solicitarile acestora;
    - Intocmeste rapoarte solicitate de management;
    - Stabileste necesarul de consumabile pentru personalul companiei si comandarea consumabilelor necesare (papetarie, protocol);
    - Duce la indeplinire orice sarcina trasata de managerul direct sau CEO;
    - Raspunde de preluarea corespondentei sosita pe adresa firmei (plicuri, faxuri, oferte etc);
    - Tine o evidenta a tuturor numerelor de telefon, fax, precum si a adreselor care ii sunt aduse la cunostinta in diferite moduri;
    - Preia toate apelurile telefonice si le directioneaza in functie de cererea interlocutorului;
    - Primeste persoanele din afara si le indruma spre departamentele competente sau sala de intalniri;
    - Raspunde de inregistrarea documentelor redactate si de evidenta lor;
    - Face copii XEROX pentru documentele care ii sunt inmanate;
    - Tine legatura cu toti furnizorii companiei;
    - Transmite lunar catre financiar situatia costurilor de office management;
    - Supravegheaza ordinea si curatenia in interiorul companiei;
    - Asigura suport departmanetului financiar-operational din care face parte pentru diverse activitati.
