    - Experienta de minim 6 luni pe o pozitie similara;
    - Cunostinte de legislatia muncii si salarizare;
    - Abilitati de comunicare si relationare;
    - Abilitati de planificare si organizare;
    - Capacitate de analiza, atentie la detalii.

    Responsabilitati

    - Pregateste si indosariaza toate documentele care reflecta schimbarile in situatia angajatilor (ex: detasare, suspendare a CIM, etc.);
    - Acorda asistenta si consultanta tuturor angajatilor referitor la prevederile politicilor de resurse umane ale companiei;
    - Introduce date in aplicatia HR asigurandu-se de acuratetea acestora;
    - Intocmeste si elibereaza, la cerere, documente solicitate de catre (fost) salariat;
    - Acorda suport angajatilor in probleme legate de relatiile de munca;
    - Mentine evidenta fiselor SSM/PSI, in colaborare cu responsabilul SSM;
    - Mentine evidenta fiselor de aptitudini si colaboreaza cu furnizorii de servicii de medicina muncii in vederea programarii controalelor necesare.
