    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:
     Performs pricing activities related to financial and invoicing processes. Checks and implements pricing workflows coming from worldwide markets, by applying in the GO system the corresponding discounts, general discounts for the entire type-class or individual discounts based on order number depending on the sales measure (fleet, demonstrators, special deals, packages). Checks the eligibility of the vehicle configuration for the granted conditions and approves conditions prior to invoicing
     Performs order management activities for former DCAA markets. Ensures communication with the planning team and the markets regarding allocation occupancy to close delivery delta according to deadlines, assists markets in booking the orders, booking of codes (in case of restrictions), performs production date exchange, order owner change, cancellation of orders. Communicates with all involved parties in case of booking errors generated by the plausibility rules.
     Coordinates at the headquarter level the process of damages occurred to the vehicles before final inspection or afterwards, during transportation or storage process. Acts as liaison between plants, insurance department, logistic providers and markets.
     Ensures that the market is properly informed about the case, offers instructions and necessary documents to the market to process the damage and to get a replacement vehicle if the case.
     Performs all necessary actions to classify the damaged order accordingly in GO and informs all parties about the steps performed in the damage casefile.
     Handles all prioritization requests from worldwide markets.
     Is responsible to prioritize the orders before production start at specific requests from the markets.
     Manages the prioritization process for orders with production delay.
     Manages the prioritization process for orders delayed in distribution or blocked orders for rework operations (Aktionierung).
     Maintains communication with all concerned plants and logistic compounds to get relevant information about blocking operations and dispatch.
     Keeps prioritization list updated on a daily basis making reports from the GO system and compiling information from other sources too.
     Monitors all Disy errors and remediates all errors related to wrongly routed vehicles by applying the correct dispatch route.
