    Requirements

    - Team player, innovative, positive attitude an initiative, open mind, supportive, client oriented, meets deadlines, responsible
    - Expertise in retail loans administration and regulatory provisions for Consumer Protection, etc.
    - English language
    - Charisma user would be a plus
    - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in financial institutions

    Responsibilities

    - Coordinates different teams in charge with all specific activities related to retail loan disbursement and loan events: payments, repayments, re-scheduling, restructuring, insurance, reporting, loan closure, archiving
    - Coordinates and ensure support for testing and implementation of new projects, products, enhancements of existing processes
    - Coordinates reporting activities - Credit Bureau, CRC, other customized/on demand reports
    - Responsible for managing and coaching a large team, responsible with organizing and allocating tasks in order to sustain peaks and avoid backlogs
    - Responsible to ensure proper support in a timely manner for sales force, merchants and partners, Call Center, legal enforcement team, accounting, other departments
    - Coordinates and responsible for relationship with insurers
    - Active role in elaborating/approving internal procedures, active role in implementation of new products/business flows or improvements, propose and ensures implementation of change requests
    - Direct subordinate to Operations manager
