    Responsibilities

    External Spend tracking & Contract management & Invoice processing:

    •     Checking the compliance of the External Spend requests received;
    •     Tracking of the approval status and booking invoices in the system;
    •     Alignment of invoices with Business owners;
    •     Tracking of contracts and invoices;
    •     Providing different reports concerning this process;
    •     Maintaining and development of MS-Access database related to this process (including creation of queries & forms);
    •     Other on demand reports, as required;
    •     Creating accruals  and registering them in the dedicated SharePoint platform;
    •     Recharging to the final customer.

     

    PlanView support:

    •     Creation and administration of projects in PlanView;
    •     Entering the internal and external efforts in PlanView;
    •     Providing different reports concerning this process.

     

    Requirements

    •     University Degree (preferably Business Administration or similar);
    •     Knowledge of MS Office (Access, Excel,  Outlook, PowerPoint);
    •     SQL knowledge is a plus;
    •     Fluent English written and spoken.
