    Requirements

    Key requirements /skills /experience:
    •First class academic degree (Master’s degree) – in Business Administration, Economics, or IT; proficiency in standard office software (esp. Excel and PowerPoint) required; experience with SAP advantageous
    •Very good communication and relationship building skills, especially with senior internal and external stakeholders, convincing oral and written communication with business fluent levels of (German and) English
    •International working experience and ease in working in a diverse and multicultural environment required; experience in a Shared Services and Outsourcing environment advantageous
    •Possible backgrounds include: Consulting (strategy, (out-)sourcing, operations, IT), Legal, Finance, IT, or engagement at an Outsourcing Provider (at an analytical or strategic function), with at least 5 years of work experience; good knowledge about Allianz Group advantageous
    •Ability to shape outsourcing contracts and understand important influences such as HR related, legal, taxation, and accounting; very good analytic skills, needed for the preparation of standardized contract documents including SLAs, OLA, business cases, and financial engineering models
    •International project and job expertise
    •Experience in IT requirement definition
    •Ability to read ,draft and review contracts

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:
    The position in the Customer Contract Design & Management function comes along with the following duties and responsibilities:
    •Manage and pro-actively drive the contractual set-up from Allianz Technology to customers of one or more strategic projects / services
    •Shape contractual documents including important cornerstones with regard to planning, process, finance, and legal (. Overall planning, Roles & responsibilities (RACI), SLA’s and OLA’s, Business case, Investment and financing / recouping, Terms and conditions, Liabilities)
    •Review and optimize legal relationships with customers to support Allianz Technology’ strategic goals (. reach 85% coverage of contracts in 2017)
    •Gain insight and overview of various requirements in projects (. strategic, sourcing, legal, accounting, tax) and facilitate, and ensure involvement of various key stakeholders from both Allianz Technology and customer side
    •Support customers with regard to change-related activities required prior to contract signature (. portfolio analysis, financial simulation, service / SLA analysis)
    •Preparation and presentation of status, decision points, and results to customer Senior Management

    Further responsibilities:
    •Manage ad-hoc requests by the management, . support Board presentations, management summaries, project profiles
    •Review of existing contracts, manage projects
