Senior VAT

The EY Tax Service Line is seeking a senior to join the Centre of Excellence in Bucharest, Romania. By becoming a part of EY, you will join a fast growing and dynamically developing department that is one of the key players in the Romanian market.

Your key responsibilities

• Preparing VAT declarations based on the agreed process
• Participation in verification of prepared VAT declarations
• Participation in developing, implementing the processes for new clients

Skills and attributes for success

• A good level of business in English is essential
• Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role you must have

• 2-3 years of experience within VAT field, in a Consultancy company
• Basic knowledge of Romanian regulations of the indirect taxes
• Economic studies
• Fluent knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Very good organizational skills, initiative and engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communication skills
