- Studii superioare finalizate;
- Operare PC (MS Office: Excel nivel avansat, Word, Outlook, Browser Internet);
- Limba engleza: nivel mediu/avansat;
- Bune abilitati de comunicare si organizare;
- Orientare spre rezolvarea problemelor, capacitate de a relationa cu usurinta.
- Operational & customer service;
- Mentine relatia seller Marketplace – departamente eMAG - curieri – client;
- Suport intern pentru comenzile MKTP pentru call center, online sales, sesizari;
- Raport si analiza lunara a sesizarilor operationale;
- Actualizarea procedurilor;
- Administrare flux comenzi cu plata card online;
- Rapoarte: comision, vouchere, ProfitShare, taxe de livrare;
- Mentine comunicarea cu departamentele eMAG implicate in fluxul order to cash to commission pentru facturi de comision, transport si vouchere, urmarire fluxului de incasari.
