Senior accountant

Skills and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of four years of related work experience;
English language knowledge (written and spoken);
Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative;
Computer proficiency in Excel and Word; working knowledge of financial accounting systems; general ledger reconciliation knowledge; experience in preparation of financial statements;
Familiar with SAGA C. a plus;
Familiar with real estate a plus;

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supervise and review monthly closing process;
Ensure compliance with operating line of credit debt covenants;
Prepare monthly financial package;
Oversee monthly deal-related invoice;
Coordinate the preparation of tax return and year-end review with outside accountants;
Perform Journal entries and month-end for AP and AR areas;
