- To issue and record all sales invoices in the accounting system;
- To send out invoices to clients;
- To make sure that all payments are received within due time;
- To record all payments received in the accounting system
- To reply to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within the agreed deadline;
- To deal with clients and process their queries (discrepancies) in the accounting system quickly and efficiently;
- To provide support to the sales department in creating the monthly reports.
