    Requirements

    Qualifications:

     Excellent communication skills
     Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) + 2nd language would be a plus.
     Good Team Player
     Good analytical / problem solving skills
     Very organized and result-orientated, and able to drive initiative, prioritize assignments, and maintain focus on goals
     Strong personal drive with a keen sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving results
     Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

     Be an Expert in a specific focus area (e.g. Product Line, Industry Vertical, etc.)
     Collate the required details about Reference Customers from various sources within the company (e.g. Internal Tools, Account Management, Sales, Product Development, Marketing etc.)
     Help fulfill requests for Reference Customers from NA & LAD Sales Teams, based on various criteria like Product(s), Industry vertical, Country/Region, Themes, Business Processes, etc, using the standard processes, policies and tools
     Search for Customers / References in various internal sources for the right match
     Educate / train people within the company on the standard model, processes and tools
     Work closely with the in-country Reference Managers on specific opportunities as well as global stakeholders
     Use communication media like WebEx, email, chat and phone extensively in connecting and collaborating with your colleagues within Oracle to help support and accelerate open deals
     Facilitate successful collaboration between Oracle customers and prospects through best practices
     Proactively provide reference information to a selected number of opportunities
     Ensure that reference activities are captured in the reference system
