Are you curious about what this role implies?
As an Order Management Specialist with German you will need to be eager to learn and work in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring good document control, for creation/extension of materials and maintain price list, follow credit approval process, execute approved special pricing correction and customer master data setup & management.

Then you should have:

•Relevant experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with contract administrative expertise
•Experience working in a multi-cultural team
•Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in various countries
•Excellent oral & written communication
•Fluent  English, Medium - Advanced German 
•Knowledge of ERP represents a plus – SAP, Siebel
•Good standard of ability with Microsoft Office applications
