Global Business Services Europe, part of British American Tobacco group, is currently looking for a BPC ECC Data Analyst. The role is project based in Bucharest, with great possibility to be changed to BAU in the future. The project you would be working is Project Strauss.
Deliver the Business and Technical Requirements Specification around Financial Processes identified through the Target Operating Model for Statutory Reporting to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget in accordance with the overall program plans
Provide support for Statutory Reporting via the Global Reporting Support mailbox. This includes responding to end market and BASS P&R queries within the agreed timeframe. Analysing the questions and finding sustainable solutions to addressing issues in the long term e.g. training
Investigate and raise change requests on behalf of the team and support the testing ahead of the release into Production
Assist the team by providing root cause analysis on transactional data in ECC. This analysis will allow the team to understand how the data is being reported in BPC and ensure the correct presentation for Group reporting
Support the processes and procedures around intercompany matching including providing support to end markets and IGT
Support data quality initiatives and proactively engage with BASS P&R and end markets to identify and resolve poor data quality
