We would love to hear from you if you have:
•Bachelor’s Degree, required
•Minimum of 2-3 years of direct selling, in the construction industry preferred
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, Finance and other functions team members
•Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
•Strong knowledge of SAPbyDesign and Microsoft Office applications
•High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
•Willingness to travel up to 70% of working time;
•A valid and clean Driver's license is required

What does the role involve?
We are expanding our team and are looking for a new colleague based in Cluj.
As an ON!Track Sales Representative/Specialist, you’ll visit construction jobsites and offices of our customers to demonstrate ON!Track’s value proposition to key stakeholders within the customer’s organization. You could find yourself on construction sites and nuclear plants or in offices and warehouses. You will be introduced to our existing customers by your colleagues Account Managers.
The role is based in Cluj but needs to cover the country side from North of Sibiu up to Baia Mare, Oradea, Timisoara.
Ours is a model of professional, consultative selling and you will also assist with training of new field specialists and assist with launch readiness in their market. Far from traditional cold calling, it’s about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs.
We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.
