- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management, organizational and prioritization skills
- Very good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Able to manipulate data and create reports and analysis
- Understanding the importance of execution and constant follow-up on the implementation of the decisions taken
- Quick learner, through formal training, training on the job and self-study, achieving autonomy on the assigned HR Processes and procedures
- Resourceful, results oriented and accountable
- Maintains confidentiality and strictly observes rules and norms
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (Romanian and English )

- Master/studies in Human Resources
