    Expectations and responsibilities:
    Deloitte Cloud HCM team is seeking for Cloud HCM Integration Support Consultants who are proactive, self-directed, and who will be an exceptional addition to our team.

    As a Cloud HCM Integration Support Consultant at Deloitte, you will be supporting clients, to help define, build, implement and support existing Cloud HCM integration systems. The right person for this role has strong technical, project management and communication skills, both written and oral.     The Cloud HCM Integrations consultant role will include the following activities:
    • Compile and update supporting documentation
    • Co-Facilitate client meetings and workshops
    • To build and support implementation of HCM integrations
    • Testing of HCM integrations
    • Fixing of identified bugs within HCM integrations

    A Cloud HCM Integrations consultant will have responsibility for:
    • Developing specialist knowledge of Cloud HCM Integration and HCM modules.
    • Working collaboratively as part of the Integration team to deliver integration requirements as part of a Cloud HCM program.
    • Liaising with Functional and Data leads to ensure the design and configuration aligns with integration requirements and design.

    • Ensuring integration deliverables are delivered with Deloitte quality assurance standards.
    • Leading project activities in-line with the Deloitte Cloud HCM methodology and adhering to project quality checkpoints.
    • Working with client teams to deliver and manage the project with high quality deliverables

    To qualify for the role you must have:
    • Business transformation and analysis expertise and/or experience with a HCM technology.
    • Ability to develop strong relationships with the client.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
    • Excellent written and spoken English skills (all programs and associated documentation will be conducted in the English language)
    • Ability to deliver work packages without significant supervision
    • Excellent knowledge and use of Excel
    • SAP or Oracle or People Soft middleware experience
    • Educated to Graduate / Postgraduate level with a technology focused degree an advantage.
    • To the role will require a degree of travel to client site, estimated to be 30% of the time

    Additional desirable experience includes:
    • Experience of Cloud HCM/Integration implementation projects.
    • Experience with integration/programming technologies such as XML, XSLT, SQL, SAP, Oracle and Java.
    • Experience with integration/programming testing and fault finding
