    •Diploma in Mathematics, Economics, Statistic, Cybernetics or equivalent;
    •Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (financial industry is a plus)
    •Knowledge of SQL, MS Office
    •Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills (MS Excel);
    •Ability to write and deliver marketing and training materials (MS PowerPoint);
    •Business acumen in financial services
    •Strong communication, adaptability and collaboration skills
    •Attention to details and proven ability to handle multi-tasking
    •Organized, highly motivated results oriented
    •Ability to work under pressure


    •Delivers both on the spot and regular reports, dashboards, performance analyses
    •Responsible for ensuring support in customer engagement area and sales campaigns
    •Provides data base selections for direct marketing campaigns
    •Evaluates the result of direct marketing campaigns and identifies improvement actions
    •Delivers extensive analyses on customer profile using raw database
    •Presents to managers results of analyses with in-depth vision on the customer profile for both known customers and prospects
    •Run specific analysis to identify customer categories and propose efficient customer segmentation
    •Proposes best strategies and actions based on historical data: campaign efficiency, customer segmentation, product equipment ratio and client profile
    •Uses insights form analytics (propensity to buy) in order to develop and optimize sales and marketing campaigns across all channels
    •Provides support for other departmental projects when needed
    •Identifies opportunities in better targeting customers and proposes tactics and actions to implement new campaigns
    •Initiates analysis to achieve a better insight overview on the customer profile
