Senior Marketing Specialist

Our Core Business Services Department is growing and we need a marketing senior. By becoming a part of EY, you will join a fast growing and dynamically developing department that is one of the key players in the Romanian market.

The opportunity

As Senior Marketing in the CBS department, you will work on various branding, marketing & communication engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader, specifically: financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, industrial products, retail and consumer products, real estate, etc.

You will have the opportunity to grow within EY pyramid structure, attending training sessions and getting more and more involved in IT projects including up to solution architecture and robotics.
 

Your key responsibilities

Provide solutions and coordinate the organization of all events in line with the PR strategy and relevant procurement procedures.

Assure the correct execution of all procurement procedures for the Branding, Marketing & Communication, following the approval procedures.

Build relationships with vendors, partners, colleagues and other EY offices to ensure the best conditions for achieving the approved events.

Skills and attributes for success
 

Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above

Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role you must be

At least three year experience working in a multinational company or marketing and PR agency

Understands the full range of services that the firm provides and helps familiarize staff with those services

Availability/willingness to work a flexible schedule

Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills

Fluent in English
