Your Mission:  Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solution Center (BSC), which is a shared services center and is part of the Société Générale Group's Resources and Innovation Department.   BSC MITS is the IT division that serves RESG (DRHG, Finances, Global IT Services, IMMO).

Your role in a Nutshell:

• Manage business requirements in order to accommodate new business or business transition projects
• Plan and follow up the Knowledge Transfer process, ensuring the resources reach the adequate knowledge level required for Go Live.
• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers ensuring completion within budget and time
• Contribute to process improvement projects;
• Reports to stakeholders and manage stakeholders expectations;
• Create project documentation;
• Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents;

A little about you:

• At least 2 years working experience in similar position or equivalent experience in a project management structure (PMO).
• Good command of French and English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in French-only meetings
• Good knowledge of the project management international standards
• Solid organizational and time management skills with proven experience in working in parallel on several projects/ transitions.

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
