    Required Experience:

    - People driven individual passionate for a career in HR
    - Ongoing studies in the field of Human Resources / Psychology / Behavioral Science
    - Able to work on own initiative, to proactively identify and manage tasks and achieve goals as well as operate flexibly within a team environment
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - Good organization and time management skills
    - Able to maintain confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of HR data
    - Ambition to work in a fast-paced international environment
    - Availability for full-time job

    …What will you contribute?

    We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to directly assist Finastra Recruitment Team. This is a 6 months contract, based in our Bucharest office

    The role reports to Head of Recruitment EMEA.

    Responsibilities:

    - Supporting the Recruitment team by sourcing, screening CVs and scheduling interviews for the open roles
    - Participate in other recruitment-related projects
    - Support Recruitment team with weekly or monthly reporting as required
