    -Bachelor's Degree
    -At least 3 years experience in Finance/Accounting/Operations with focus on Cost Control and financial management
    -At least 3 years experience in MS Office skills (especially Excel)
    -Fluent in English and French
    -Excellent Communication Skills
    -Team Working Skills
    -An organized approach
    -Logical thinking
    -Detail attention

    Responsibilities

    -Performing Staffing & Forecast File updates -Updating EAC (estimate at completion)
    -Drafting the Summary Revenue
    -IPPF
    -Preparation + Invoicing
    -Drafting the Vacation File
    -Dive calls preparation + calls
    -Assuring the proposal of booking
    -Performing weekly calls for finance matters
    -Other punctual tasks
