Knowledge and Skills:

Mandatory:

- Fluent English
- Team oriented, diplomacy
- 2-4 years of experience in operations
- Structured: reporting, metrics, priorities, escalations
- Demonstrated project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Customer oriented attitude
- Coordination/ Planning skills
- Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation).
- Ability to quickly build networking and maintain good relationship
- Quickly adapt to change and also interested in identifying improvement opportunities
- Basic financial and business acumen.
- Advanced university degree

The Demo Operations – EMEA Control Tower role is dedicated to support the EMEA demo program in close collaboration with external demo partners, internal stakeholders (Sales and Category managers), the EMEA program lead and Control tower just as supporting functions (procurement, order management, bid desk, catalogue managers, etc).

What will your role be?

- Supports the operations of Demo loans and management across EMEA with stakeholders: HP Product category, HP Sales, Partners, HP Operations
- Understand and prioritize issues and follow up with impacted parties to ensure resolution
- Point of escalation for both Partner and HP loan requesters for solving critical operational issues
- Monitor e2e performance across all operational aspects: orders, deliveries, product pricing, payments, returns
- Manage issues related to process and capability: pricing & OPG management, Product availability/PLC/localization, Limes tool (capabilities and user mgt) , reporting, resources, forecast
