    We are searching for YOU

     You will be a member of a team responsible for quickly resolving highly technical, complex issues. Your role will be critical in maintaining the trust of our customers. You will be working between our customer support teams and technical operations teams in defining issues, resolving them, or leading a cross-functional team to drive resolutions.

    It is a full time position. You will work 8 hour per day, 5 day per week in a regular working time.

    Want to know what exactly you will be doing? Here are some of your regular tasks in a normal work-day:

    Provide solid support to customers with a high degree of customer satisfaction and technical expertise
    Manage queue of incoming inquiries, determine prioritization, and address appropriately
    Respond to assigned customer questions, problems and concerns and adheres to SLA
    Document resolutions for future reference

    Relevant education (student / graduate) - engineering/science fields
    2+ years of experience in second level support, BA, BI or QA
    Advanced English is a must
    Previous experience with writing SQL queries is desirable
    MS Excel is a must
    Highly developed troubleshooting skills. Problem solving ability, creativity to "think-outside-the-box"
    Stress resistance. Ability to stay calm, work fast and efficient under stress
    Ability to think strategically and proactively deliver solutions that address customer needs
    Excellent written (verbal is a plus) communication skills, ability to deliver information in a clear and correct manner to both business and technical audiences
    Strong relationship building skills, can positively influence the actions of others and works as a team player
    Self-motivated, directed and dedicated about what you do. Strives for results
    Excellent attention to details
