    - Manage customer care activities via Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Whatsapp etc);
    - Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction;
    - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
