Knowledge of OS installation and configuration, Active Directory
Basic networking and telephony knowledge
ITILv3 Foundation Certificate represents an advantage
Technical education preferred
Experience in network administration represents an advantage
English proficiency and comprehension

Responsible for installation/ configuration and maintenance of hardware, software packages and utilities
Ensures the optimal functioning of the IT and communication systems, as well as the fast and effective correction of faults/ failures if these occur
Configures new user accounts and assigns rights according to the internal procedures
Provides technical assistance and support for end users
Ensures documentation of important tasks and resolutions
Ensures compliance with company regulations with regards to Data Security and Protection Standards
