                                  Agile Master – Regulatory Reporting

Your Mision:

Within the Société Générale Group, you will join the Business Solution Center (BSC), which is a shared services center and is part of the Société Générale Group's Resources and Innovation Department.

Your role in a Nutshell:

• Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• Understanding product planning in an empirical environment
• Understanding and practicing agility and Facilitating Agile ceremonies as requested or needed
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress
• Clarify requirements, target timelines and dependencies
• Coordinate deliverables, identify staffing and gaps
• Establish project plan, estimate risks, drive issue resolution.

A little about you:

• You have a very good level of English. French would represent a plus.
• You have an already confirmed experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for at least 3 years.
