What we require:

Experience in intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Amazon Mobile Analytics or Qlik
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, and mathematics, with a strong quantitative focus and good logical thinking
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in reporting and statistical model development. Fresh graduate students with strong technical skills and good business acumen are also welcome
The ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements
Willingness to learn and work in a start-up environment
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Develop reporting and performance tracking solutions to understand game play and key business behaviors, such as player acquisition and retention
Develop, organize, and manage a library of reports and dashboards
Work with development team to design and construct sophisticated statistical models to forecast key business metrics
Effectively communicate statistical findings and insights to management, both in written and verbal presentations.
