    For our client, a developing company that provides logistic services and freight transport services for a large number of clients throughout Europe, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator in Iasi.

    Finished University studies;
    Fluent English and/or German language (German is an advantage);
    Strong personality;
    Good legislation knowledge (in the field of logistics);
    Good PC skills;
    Previous experience is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviews, performing reference checks;
    Supporting in training administration and logistics;
    Supporting in payroll activities;
    Organizing new employee documents, scheduling and aligning onboarding program;
    Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees;
    Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating;
    Administrating vacation leaves and reports;
    Supporting activities for internal and external management.
