Ability to organize complex priorities and resolve problems;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 OS and experience in administering it;
Experience with Microsoft environment;
Good knowledge of PC hardware and problem-solving skills;
Understanding of LAN/WAN;
Microsoft and/or other IT certificates preferable;
Knowledge of Windows 10 OS would be an asset;
Excellent communication, effective listening;
Upper/ Intermediate English communication skills;
Good relational and practical sense;
Service oriented;
Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work under pressure.

Microsoft environment administration;
Troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues;
Desktop and ThinClient hardware management;
Support with installing and testing new infrastructure devices and solutions;
Physical network infrastructure administration;
Handling local OSS ticket queue;
Access control system administration & reporting;
Implementing Ad-hoc project work requests; On-call cover and out of hours support.
