• Successfully completed studies in a commercial or technical area
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in procurement of an internationally operating company or in a consulting company, ideally in the area of IT Professional Services
• Strong analytical and methodical competence
• High grade of independent work
• Strong customer orientation

Very good knowledge of Word, Excel- and PowerPoint
Very good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Lead national and international tenders with ideal use of competition
• Negotiate global and local Framework Agreements
• Support the design and implementation of a new IT Sourcing framework, including the Consolidation of Vendors
• Consult the business units regarding trends in the market, supplier landscape as well as concepts to steer external professional services
• Improve continuously processes and methods
• Conceptual design of cost reduction projects based on in depth analysis of spend figures to achieve the procurement goals as well as cost reduction targets
• Analysis of the national and international procurement market as well as benchmarking considering “best practice” and “total cost of ownership” approaches
• Supplier evaluation and development (Supplier Relationship Management)
• Preparation and moderation of annual review meetings with the most important Consulting Firms and involvement of Allianz Group Senior Management
• Close cooperation with key stakeholders, functional departments and procurement colleagues on a global level
