Junior Financial Analyst – ICSM FP&A

Brief Job Description:

Financial support to Cloud CSM and Renewals business through financial analysis,

Detailed Description:

Provide support to the development of regular reporting for Cloud KPI analyses, specifically concerned with Customer Retention and Contract Base Evolution.

Ad-hoc analyses and reporting, as required, to support field Finance

Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future requirements, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.

Tracking of reconciliation and variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Assist with quarterly close process – tracking renewal bookings, collaborate with upstream and downstream process team for resolutions.

Preparation of team performance metrics to support commission payments.

Candidate Profile:

The Candidate should be holding a Professional degree.

Demonstrate ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi location setup.

Strong knowledge of Office Tools – MS Excel, Power Point Skills.

The candidate should be analytical, proactive, comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment, strong Team Player - Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams (Globally).

Job Requirements:

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills.

Ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets of high complexity.

Determined period contract (6 months initially) with possibility of extension
