    University Degree
    Min. 4 years of recruitment experience
    Excellent relationships building skills and ability to connect with managers and candidates Expertise in candidate sourcing (online and offline)
    Expertise in testing and assessment techniques
    Behavioral interviewing
    Organized and structured
    Proficient with Microsoft Office products
    Fluent command of English Passionate and enthusiastic
    Team player spirit
    Highest degree of ethical and professional conduct


    Rolls out end - to-end recruitment activities according with company procedures and standards
    Manages activities to include advertisement in job portals, screening the CV, scheduling interview with the hiring managers, negotiation for offers of employment, background checks, and reference checks
    Establishes with manager the sourcing strategy and uses multiple recruitment channels and sourcing options to proactively identify the best candidates
    Builds excellent relationships with Hiring Managers within the organization
    Supports managers with a consultative approach on how to attract and identify talent Delivers excellent customer service and results, balancing customer focus and process requirements
    Engages and supports change where improvement opportunities are visible
    Builds and supports an atmosphere of caring, openness and trust inside the team Actively supports recruitment events
    Keeps open interest in best practices, concepts and tools on the market
