 Experienta in domeniu de 1-2 ani;
 Responsabilitate in livrarea task-urilor din punct de vedere calitativ, cantitativ si respectare deadline;
 Studii tehnice absolvite / in curs;
 Prezinta un avantaj absolvirea cursurilor de retelistica, administrare Windows, Microsoft Office sau a altor cursuri de profil;
 Buna organizare a activitatii;
 Capacitatea de integrare într-o echipă deja formată și de a colabora permanent cu colegii;
 Adaptabilitate si proactivitate;
 Bune abilitati de comunicare, cooperare si orientare catre client;
 Permis de conducere – categoria B;

 Ofera suport tehnic primar pentru echipamente IT periferice (scannere, imprimante, telefoane fixe etc);
 Depaneaza defectiuni software si hardware inclusiv prin inlocuirea componentelor defecte;
 Tine legatura cu furnizorii de consumabile IT;
 Realizeaza si intretine retele informatice;
 Instaleaza, asigura mentenanta sistemelor de operare, echipamentelor si aplicatiilor din sfera de activitate a departamentului, conform documentatiilor, procedurilor si normelor existente;
 Rezolva incidentele repartizate/semnalate conform ariei de responsabilitate;
 Colaboreaza cu colegii de munca pentru rezolvarea cerintelor;
