    For our client, a leading multinational company in the confectionery and food & beverage industry, we are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Assistant.

    Excellent English language skills, written and spoken;
    Good MS Office skills;
    University Graduate or currently studying;
    Positive and proactive attitude;
    Reliable, accurate and independent working style.

    Responsabilitati

    Working with Local Procurement Representative to facilitate a smooth resolution of procurement processes;
    Linking with stakeholders and suppliers to follow-up on services and goods orders;
    Facilitating a link between the local business users and the Procurement organization;
    Updating contractual data as requested;
    Being responsible for various administrative tasks (web forms creation, organise meetings etc.).
