Expert PL/SQL Developer

- University degree or higher in respective discipline or equivalent education along with solid occupational experience in the related field
- 7 years overall working experience
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the Application Management area
- Basic / intermediate project management skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Oil&Gas industry
- Intermediate command of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and PLSQL
- Advanced knowledge of ITIL and other Application analysis & design frameworks and best practices
- Advance knowledge in analyzing and designing interfaces between IT systems (within UA and GS)
- Designing and implementing UA specific application(s) / processes in the area of responsibility

- Drive implementation& optimization of IT Applications services following UA Application landscape rules and direction
- Analysis and design activities in line with UA internal processes and framework
- Ensure proper coaching knowledge transfer to juniors & specialists within UA Service lines
- Propose towards UA management new services/approaches in line with UA strategy, for improving the effectiveness and efficiency with UA team
- Constantly evaluate the current processes/framework/activities and propose to UA management ways to improve it
- Designs changes for the IT application services in scope
- Supports in maintaining the software assets and configurations for the application(s) in the area of responsibility
- Support solving problems related to the applications she/he is responsible of
- Ensures that for each system in his/her area of responsibility a proper documentation of the system implementation, as well as running maintenance, is being organized and held up to date
- Translates business requirements into functional requirements
- Support business in documenting business requirements
- (Re) Designs business and IT application processes
- Maintains processes according to changing business requirements
