    Requirements

    3-5 years of experience in a similar position;
    BS/MS degree, preferable in economy, finance;
    Good knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis;
    General knowledge in financial and accounting is considered a plus;
    Hands-on skills of Microsoft Excel;
    Proficient in English;
    Keen attention to details and analytical skills;
    Very good interpersonal and collaborative skills;
    Capability to work independent, flexibility, organized, initiative, good team member, motivated, oriented on result and accuracy.

    Responsibilities

    Be involved in the preparation of company’s revenues and expense budget as well as in the preparation of the updated / amended versions (Forecast);
    Follows-up the budget execution and the deviation from the approved targets;
    Daily reconciliation between accounting and operational department (participants, unit funds);
    Prepares analysis per expense categories, cost centers, etc. to identify potential errors / deviations from standards;
    Prepares support analysis for unpaid invoices, cash flow, loans, etc.;
    Claim process - verification and reconciliation between accounting and operational department;
    Participates to the implementation of internal documents, methodological and practical instructions, connected with the activity;
    Performs any other task required for the smooth running of the company’s operations.
